We loved the hotel's location as it was very close to the city center and all the city markets. It was also conveniently down the steps to the town center and many government buildings. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional and we were very impressed with how well-maintained it was. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel safe during our stay.
Everything is what we need and want.

Clean, good standard, Internet access
Poor Malagasy people sleeping on the pavement in front of the hotel. Also this is rather dangerous area.

Staff did their best to attend to our requirements
Limited meals - no restaurant but they do order in from a variety of restaurants. The streets of Antananarivo are not safe at night for tourists so effectively you are confined to the hotel.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location, ideal for those who want to explore the city. It's just steps away from the bustling city centre, and visitors can easily walk down to see the government buildings, city markets, and great restaurants found around the area.
The hotel lacks some of the basic amenities that guests often look for in a hotel.

The central location to the city centre. Within walking distance to a nice selection of eating places, tourism booking offices, city attractions and banking facilities. Quality facilities at very reasonable prices. the staff also proved very helpful and friendly.
The only negative was the lack of a restaurant within the motel. This was only a minor issue, but would have been great after a long day of travelling.

The hotel is beautiful, very discreet. I have lived in Antananarivo for a year and had never heard of it. I booked it when I discovered it so close to where I was living. Rooms are wonderful, with flat tv, Air Conditioner (that I did not need to use as the it was cold), fridge. Toiletries are provided for free (kudos for the alcohol based hand sanitizer). Hotel is very safe, discreet and rooms are sound proof. I have had migraine during my stay and really appreciated the dark curtains as the light did not help...
The room room can be very dark despite the 3 lamps that are left on at almost all times; There is no restaurant, but they buy from nearby restaurants and charge 15% more... You may want to consider going down the hotel yourself. During week-ends, there may be a bit of noise due to the nearby dancing (nothing really bad, though); An alarm was going off every night between midnight and 3 and was very loud...

Excellent location (close to city centre), well appointed rooms, helpful staff who knew English, good breakfast
There is no restaurant on-site, however just across the street (diagonally) there is a reasonable and inexpensive restaurant

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to government buildings, supermarkets, and restaurants. The air-conditioned rooms were modern, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and satellite TV. The friendly staff were also a plus, providing excellent customer service.
The breakfast was average and lacked variety compared to other hotels in the area. Additionally, the noise from the nearby nightclubs made it difficult to sleep at night. The hotel lacked character and was quite generic, lacking the charm of period buildings found in other hotels in the city.

It was located within easy reach of the Place de I'Independence which made the city of Tana easily accessible. Around it was situated lots of other higher end hotels with spa facilities and restaurants. The room had a very comfortable bed and good showering facilites up two flights of stairs (but no lift).

We had a great time during our New Year's Eve stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of things to do nearby. The room was also quite good, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The best thing was the free wifi and the daily housekeeping service.
The price was a total rip-off, it was just too expensive for what it offered. the staff were rude and unhelpful, which really put a damper on our stay.

The rooms were clean.
The breakfast in nice words was crap, nothing substantial for a hotel. They lied about there being a swimming pool, there wasnt a restuarant just chairs placed in a side lobby. They charged me more than what I originally booked for. The hotel staff fought with me calling me a lier which was disgraceful and most staff didnt understand english. Bad hotel, never recommend or ever stay there again!
